Title: The Color Keepers
Author: Catriona Crehan
Expected Publication Date-May 1st
Blurb-
Hoping to have a good change and good ending to go with it, Emily, a 16- year-old girl from Ohio, has moved to sunny California.
Moving to a new town can be scary, especially a new school. So when Sam, the most popular kid there, looks her way, she can’t believe this is happening to her.
Everything seems to be working out fine. That is, until her mother buys an enchanted mirror by mistake.
Suddenly, Emily finds herself in a whole new world, full of talking animals, magic and more change than she was hoping for.
With the help of her new crush, Sam, and her annoyingly goofy 12-year-old brother James, Emily sets out to save their world and ours.

EXCERPT:
James was special.
He was really a piece of work, always cracking a joke, always turning a serious situation into a laughing stock. Sometimes it helped alleviate the awkward. Other times it was pure hell. Though I had to give it to him. He was always there for me. There wasn't one time when I was in trouble that he didn't back me up. For instance, now. Here I was, on the verge of dying in a world behind a magical mirror, and he came along for the ride. He didn't really have a choice, but still. After looking at him, it made people wonder about me. How could this boring, weird girl be related to the comedian? My life was somewhat like a Tim Burton character. I felt as if every step I took, could be documented and put to a Danny Elfman soundtrack.
We made it to the shore and, instead of Sam tying the boat to the dock, he pushed it back out into the lake. I looked at him questioningly.
"Emily, if we leave it here the Crow Queen will think we're back in the city. If we push it back out, it will delay her a bit, making her think we're still with the Blue Spirit.” I nodded in agreement and pushed it with him. We all watched as it floated back into the lake, the current pushing it farther and and farther away. Suddenly, I saw a very familiar and terrifying crow on the horizon.

Blog Stop- Maestro Please....

Book Info-
Title-Playing the Maestro
By Aubrie Dionne
Publication Date: February 11, 2013
Published By: Entangled Publishing: Bliss
Blurb-Melody Mires has sworn off dating musicians, but when the sexy European conductor Wolf Braun takes over her struggling symphony, her hesitation almost flies out the window with the notes of her flute—until he opens his mouth. Wolf is arrogant, haughty, and seems to have a personal vendetta against Melody. Oh, and he’s her boss. If she wants to keep her job as principal flutist, she’ll have to impress Wolf while simultaneously keeping her undeniable attraction to herself.
Wolf came to America to get as far away from his past as possible, and to recover some of the swagger he had as one of the world’s best maestros. He never imagined being forced to reassess the entire orchestra’s talent—and potentially fire anyone who doesn’t make his cut. Dating the attractive flutist is out of the question, but as their feelings reach a fever pitch, can they risk both their careers for a chance at love?
Excerpt:
"Wolf threaded his arms behind her waist. His golden brown eyelashes framed a wild sparkle in his eyes, and Melody couldn’t believe she’d put it there. Every thought in her rational mind told her to end the date now before it got complicated, but the passionate feelings radiating from her wild heart planted her firmly in place. What was the harm in one kiss?"

Waiting on Forever REVIEW!
Waiting on Forever
Blurb:
College.
Parties, sororities and getting drunk.
Oh, yeah. And learning.
This may be true for most college students, but not for Leah
Bennett. College life for her includes studying, working, and excelling in
school. When it comes to the social ladder, Leah is at the bottom. Popular
girls, hot guys and star athletes are of no importance to her, except for one.
Matthew Jacobs.
Matt is the starting wide receiver at SUNY Cortland, the
most wanted guy on campus and Leah’s best friend. Although Leah’s feelings
toward Matt run deeper than just a friendship, it is something she would never
let be seen because the odds of someone like Matthew Jacobs going for someone
like Leah Bennett are slim to none.
When Matt starts showing an interest in Leah that goes
beyond friendship, she is dumbfounded and doesn’t believe it is possible –
until one weekend that changes everything.
Will Matt and Leah’s popularity status get in the way of
having a chance at a real relationship?
Or does status mean nothing when it comes to true love?
Review:
Waiting on Forever truly makes you feel that you are on
cloud 9 that only a good book can bring.
Leah Bennett is content with her life. She is passionate about photography, studious, and is perfectly fine with the life she has been living. She accepted that there our are social ladders that certain people fit and she didn't mind, until she met Matthew Jacobs. Meeting Matt felt exactly how she expected other football players felt:
KNOCKED OFF HER FEET!
Here was this amazing guy who wasn't your typical jock that happened to actually want to talk to her? Was she being PUNK'd or did you she mysteriously fall into:
THE TWILIGHT ZONE?!
Matt Jacobs knows two things, Football and Leah Bennett!
He is floored by her wit and humor and her beauty but couldn't get enough of her. He realizes that she doesn't want to cross the "Friend" line and it's killing him. He wants her and he wasn't going to stop at nothing to get her!
Now there were moment's where I really felt like I was going to self combust from the sexual tension and I literally was like:
LEAH JUST TELL HIM ALREADY!!!!
But when Matt takes the reigns and really lays it on Leah and holds nothing back, I was on the edge my seat and mumbling to myself:
OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!
So should you read this book?
Will you be disappointed?
So my suggestion is the following...
TYPE: GO BUY THE DAMN THING!!!
Or Just click here -->>> HERE
AND GET IT NOW!!!!
And one final thought, just a warning...
once the good parts come, be ready because you certainly will be:
ENJOY!!!
Some may consider me a jack of all trades, but I consider myself well rounded. I've waitressed, styled hair, answered phones and, most recently, worked full time as mom to my two beautiful little boys.
Then there was this book...
Everyone and their brother started talking about this book series titled Fifty Shades of Grey by EL James. I didn't really pay attention to the craze at first, since I wasn't a big reader- okay, I didn't read at all. But curiosity got the best of me, so I downloaded it to my kindle.
I was immediately hooked. I read the whole series in three days. Yes, three books in three days.I kept finding all these great books that I HAD to read (just ask my credit card!).
I was immediately hooked. I read the whole series in three days. Yes, three books in three days.I kept finding all these great books that I HAD to read (just ask my credit card!).
Then I started hearing voices. Voices that turned into stories; stories that were begging to get out of my head.I started writing them down on scraps of paper. Then I transferred them to my computer. Before I knew it, Planning on Forever was born.
The voices in my head are still talking, so I'm still writing.

Can tragedy stop Love's Second Chance?
Love’s Second Change
L.P. Dover
Description:
Korinne Anders had it all. She had the perfect job, the perfect house, and the
perfect husband. When tragedy strikes, her world takes a devastating turn. Six
months after losing her husband to a car accident, Korinne vows it to herself
never to love again. If she doesn’t allow another man in her heart, then
there’s no reason for her to feel the pain of loss. This plan seems to work,
but is put to the test when Korinne’s best friend can’t stand to see her suffering
any longer.
Korinne’s long-time friend, Jenna Perry, has an idea and it
involves helping her friend find the spark of life in her soul no matter what
it takes. Korinne didn’t know that Jenna’s plan meant bringing back a past
love, a second chance with the man that Korinne had to leave in college, but
always kept a place for in her heart.
When Galen Matthews learns of Korinne’s loss and that she’s
finally moved back home, he wants nothing more than to be there for her. The
love he felt for Korinne years ago has never left him, and now he’s given a
second chance to not only mend her heart of her loss, but to also continue the
love they shared in the past. Will his love and determination make her strong
enough to give fate a second chance, or will her fear of losing another love
make her run away?
What will Korinne do when she’s faced with a love so
powerful that no matter what she does there’s nowhere to run from it?
Review: When you
love someone and they are torn from you, it feels like nothing will ever be the
same. The process of breathing, walking, and talking no longer mean anything
and you are just going through the motions.
Love’s Second Chance allows you to experience first hand
what tragedy feels like. It allows you to have that shock of loss; the
breathless moment when you realize that the person you love with every fiber of
your being is gone forever. How do
you move on, when you feel you lost the love of your life? How do you go
through the motions everyone expects of you, when all you want to do is just
cry and die too?
You’re allowed to see the bonds of friendship and love when
the people who love Korrine most, want her to get back on track with her life. In
the process of moving on, they push her towards the arms of her first love,
Galen.
You have to ask yourself, what would happen if you were
clouded by tragedy and the guilt of finding happiness is scary for one to
function? Would you like Korinne
let love in again or would you push it away because for the fear of suffering
again?
If you are ready for an emotional & dramatic romance,
then you just have to read Love’s Second Chance but please have a box of tissues on
hand because this will pull on your emotions and there is bound to be tears. I
highly recommend this book and would love to hear your feedback once you are
done.
